A Mauritian Delegation headed by the Minister of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation, Hon D. Balgobin visited the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre in Dubai, UAE in January 2022.
The Chairman of the MRIC, Dr K. Sukon and the Executive Director of the MRIC, Prof T Bahorun were also part of the delegation. The delegation was taken on a guided tour of the facilities of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre. The members were shown around the Clean Room where satellite assembly, integration and testing takes place.
